Tilted Kilt Pub and Eatery Boca Raton, FL

I gave this place 1 Star because there is no key for 0 Stars. This is a novelty restaurant operated by amateurs. I do not recommend this place to anyone. The servers have personalities as skimpy as their outfits. Worst service ever. As for the food quality, I'll just say that I am amazed that this place was ever able to pass inspections for food quality. This is by far the most disgusting place I have ever eaten. I ordered the fried fish w fries. The 1st order served had to sent back because the fish was over cooked and the batter was dark brown and smelled bad. The red sauce served with it tasted rancid like rotten / fermented fruit. I sent it back. The next round of fish they served was brought to the table cold, soggy and oily as though they had dumped oil from the fryer vat onto it. After tasting the fish without batter I spit it out. Dinner that night was reduced to a coke with fries.

We stopped here just because it was close to the movie theater but it was so good we ended up going back there the next day after boomers. Both waitress we had were excellent, one was I think jenna... but the service from both was great. Their wings were amazing and I'm a bit picky about my wings. The Shepard's pie was good too. The atmosphere was perfect. It was fun, plenty of TVs, a couple pool tables, and there bathrooms were pretty clean. If you're in the area, give this place a try.
