The assistant is very rude. Doesnt know what shes doing & mistakens clients. When you try to tell her she jumps down your throat snapping at you saying calm down even if you didnt say much or were able to get your statement out there. Then wants to hit you with oh im sorry theres another client with your same information ok then you need to calm down maam & find out who youre talking to then do your job! Bob needs a better assistant! Also its very hard to get ahold of Bob & sometimes hes very rude as well. Didnt expect to be treated like this after we paid him thousands of dollars up front.

I contacted Norgard and Norgard about a year and a half ago for a case . I was set up with defense attorney Cory Chasting. I met with Cory once before my case got started. He was friendly and helpful, explaining what to expect. As the case grew longer and the details started to come out it was clear that Cory knew exactly what he was doing. He saved me money, gave me a payment plan to help pay what i had to. He also got the charges dropped on something i was falsely accused of. After the case i contacted Cory and his secretary for a lawyer to help me with my real estate business. Called me back within a day with a recommendation. I now use his recommendation for all my real estate business. Thanks again guys!

I cannot get ahold of Bob for anything. He says he will get back to/visit his client and then never does. I have been trying to get some court records from him, have been trying to get ahold of him to discuss a plan of action and cannot get a phone call back. Have left messages in voicemail and with the receptionist.
