State Attorney's Office 10th Judicial Circuit

As a victim of domestic violence and a victim to a law invented by the state of Florida called squatters rights I was never informed by the DAs office about my case or the verdict. Instead I received a phone by the jail telling me that my abuser is being released on probation. I didnt even have the opportunity to address my abuser in court. Instead I had to do all the leg work by myself and no one even bothered to call me. So I guess victims dont have rights and you want us to re-elect you. I dont think so

This place is ALL about the money and harassing victims. I attempted to take their stupid diversion class and because I haven't received my new state ID, they refused to let me take the class. My military ID was not good enough for the woman at the window. So apparently it's okay for you to risk your life for their freedom, they don't care about that. Myself and SEVERAL other people including employees in various departments at the courthouse say that this is the crookedess County in the country and that NO ONE in the county has rights unless you work for them..Can't wait to get out of here
