Awful service run by employees who dont care about the business. I asked for a basic car wash outside and in and when my car was turned over dirty, I was told you get what you pay for. Unacceptable I asked for a refund and the employee told me youve got a car cleaner than when you brought it in. Haha This was absurd and not a place you should take your car to be washed. Lots of other places, run by people who care Again avoid this place at all costs.

There was a time when Aventura car wash was a great place to bring my car. Never ever will I return to this business adjacent to Macys at the Aventura mall. Whoever is running this place is not honest. For the second time, they have charged my credit card multiple times when I only had a regular car wash. Try and get a hold of someone to fix the problem, theres no chance in hell its going to happen. Im ready to make a report with the Aventura police department. I wonder how many people reading my review have encountered the same problem?

The hand wash that does not remove stains. To remove stains they are asking extra. So you will get only light dust removed from the surface, but the car will be still dirty.

Have been a regular here and the other locations but wont be going back. They have become incredibly rude and disrespectful at all the locations. For someone that is a regular and tips, very, very well Im very disappointed. Exxon Sparkling Image had my business moving forward.
