        Booked an appointment for 11, they called and said doctor would be at lunch, could I come in at 10. I said if I did, would have to cancel 2 work calls. At the front desk they have a sign that says expect a wait and to be there for 2 to 3 hours. I asked the receptionist about it and she was completely rude. She told me she never said that to me l. I asked her well heres the sign on your desk - should it be an expectation and she said yes. I ended up leaving because I have no interest in seeing an office for a provider that has zero respect for my time, but expects me to have it for his.
