Exceptional care with Dr. Morello. Had an eye emergency coupled with an underlying eye condition and he knew exactly what I felt and needed. My regular doctor was out of town and told me to go to BP emergency. No way was I going to Miami to wait hours in pain. After a quick google search, I found Dr. Morello did emergency eye care. Called the office and was seen right away. Great staff - and shout out to Nicole who was the first one to greet me. Dr. Morello is the first ophthalmologist that actually had an aggressive game plan to get me both short term relief and a long term solution for my eye issues. So grateful I found him. He is my new doctor!

Honestly I only went here because my insurance cover it but Dr Kaplan is great, he's super attentive and explains things very thoroughly however i had a problem with my insurnace. and i've been having to deal with the person that handles the billing department (Krystal) and she's EXTREMELY rude. Around May I had gotten a bill from then that i had to pay $100, long story short it was my insurance who did the mistake and so she told me to call them and get a reference number in which i did. However she wasn't there so i left it with someone else who answered the phone which is fine. my insurance told me to call the clinic after 30 days to see if they had received the payment that they charged me incorrectly. I call and i speak with Krystal as soon as she picks up she has an attitude it's fine if someone's having a bad day but the 2 times i called in a month she had the same attitude and super passive aggressive remarks. i explain to her the situation so she remember who i am and she literally cuts me off and says "i don't know what you want me to do" so i try to keep my calm and explain to her that she told me to get a reference number. the whole time super uncooperative the only time she started helping was when i asked for name once to which she responded "i've told you my name 3 times. ma'am? if i'm asking for your name you've obviously haven't told me it 3 times. great doctor, horrible customer service it's unfortunate.

LONG WAIT TIMES!! I had a great experience with Dr. Morello, but during both of my visits, I waited more than 30 minutes before anyone was available to see me. This was in spite having booked appointments well in advance. During my second visit, I waited another 45 minutes after my eyes were dilated, even though dilation only takes 10-15 minutes. I am happy with the medical care that I received, but I waited much too long for it.
