        We recently inquired about Ascend Oakpointe, had 2 fabulous tours with Peggy, and ultimately decided to apply. Even with some unique circumstances in our application process, everything was handled professionally and promptly. We truly felt heard and supported and are confident that later this month we will move into a COMMUNITY! We have lived in luxury communities for 7 years and the amenities are top-notch. The property is truly beautiful and you can tell so much thought went into the care and build!!

        Moving into this apartment community has been a breeze, thanks to Peggy and Jeffrey! Peggy provided a seamless tour and lease process, while Jeffrey was able to accommodate my needs promptly with professionalism and respect. The leasing office staff's dedication speaks volumes about the quality of this community. Modern appliances in the apartment with a standard and clean layout. Definitely recommend!

        What a beautiful property. The location is amazing, right by the on and off ramp of 429 at Ocoee-Apopka Road and the road leading up to the property feels so quiet and serene. I took this picture of the pool area which is gorgeous. The onsite management team was really helpful on my visit and I was shown several floorplans, all of which were spacious and really well equipped. Love that they have E/V chargers for free onsite too. What a great community!

        I love Ascend Oakpointe's convenient location to 429 and that its brand new. It is a very clean and friendly community. Ive had a lovely experience with management and staff. Especially Peggy! She assisted me in finding the best floorplan for me and has been exteremely helpful throughout the entire process. Her communication has been great!
