They have a great maintenance team. Edwin was very attentive. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. I asked for the maintenance team to be at my house at a certain , because of my work schedule. And Edwin was right on time . Ready to work . Thank you so much . Best ever .

Let me just say that the negative part of living in a townhouse is having to jump through hoops to get any maintenance done! Well today was my third interaction with our maintenance technician Edwin! I seriously thought he was running the establishment the first time I spoke to him. He was so helpful, knowledgeable, and was not in a rush while answering my questions and giving me advice on any issues I had! Im sure he will be in some type of management capacity in the near future . All three experiences were painless and went smoothly, and out of all the maintenance issues I had he solved the majority of them immediately on the spot! He is also very knowledgeable in multiple areas of construction so it was a one stop shop! I think in my 36 years of living this might be the third review I left because I am very selective about leaving them and I only take the time to do it if I have an experience where an employee goes above and beyond the call of duty! Id probably sign another year lease just because I can sleep soundly knowing that Edwin will be quick to solve any issues I have as soon as they arrive! There are over a hundred units and he remembered all my requests without opening his phone or anything, and knew me by name after the first time meeting him, I am thouroughly impressed! Thanks

I had a wonderful experience. This was such a easy process, and as many know its not easy when you move, but the two young ladies that help me are absolutely amazing, Jessica Always there to answer any question or appointing me in the right direction to get the answer. And Jeddy Always so pleasant and ready to help by any means necessary. I cant wait for me and my family to move in our new home. Thank you guys.

They have a great and attentive maintenance staff. Edwin Roman is always attentive and very respectful of my time and my home. While the maintenance staff is great the office staff is not helpful at all! They do not care and have really soured my overall experience! Update: after a little back and forth - the did resolve my issue. I respect them for that and in fairness updates my review.
