Walkability: Its in the middle of town so central to the shopping and restaurants.

For example, I'm a guest at the hotel as I type this, using their free wifi, and the connection is good and strong. Not something you find at most hotels.
The service is great. The staff are great. Shout out to Dewayne, Kayla and Haven working the bar. Also shout out to Harmony working breakfast!! You guys are rockstars!! The food at the Franklin is..wow...wow wow wow wow. Our room was just a little small, but it was super clean and had everything we needed.
I suggest parking your car and renting a golf cart in-house. Zip around town easily. All the shopping and night life you could want.
Bring your wallet. It's a little expensive. It's worth every penny! I WILL be back!! Very pleased!
