Angelica and her team at The Bloomerati helped make my daughters bridal shower the most beautiful event we could have ever imagined. The flower arrangements were fresh, bountiful, and just gorgeous. The photo area and other decorations were magnificent as well. I cant thank you enough for making her event so beautiful!

Do NOT use them. At least not for holidays. I ordered a very simple dozen rose bouquet for Valentines Day. Valentines Day came and went, my order was NEVER delivered. When I called to inquire why not, the owner said she got very busy the day before Valentines Day, had a lot of walk-ins, not enough employees, and stated Well what do you want me to tell you. Wow!!!! A florist got busy the day before Valentines Day?!! Who wouldve thought?!!! Shes arrogant, unprofessional, and shrewd. Im not the type to look for an apology, but the fact that she took zero accountability for running her business poorly is mind blowing. Zero empathy. She knew not to even bother offering me a discount/refund as she knew Id never be back. She offered no extra charge to deliver it somewhere else. That was the apology. To not charge me even more money. What a joke. If she was overwhelmed she couldve easily told me she couldnt make the delivery, but she didnt. She couldve spent extra money on help for the holidays, but she didnt. Either one of those solutions wouldve meant being mature professional business owner, and losing some money. Instead, she elected to take my money and not delivered the flowers. Its a Take their money first worry about it later system she has going there. I was forced to have the flowers delivered the following day. Initially, I didnt mind paying a ridiculous amount of money for flowers in a white paper bucket with a cheap sticker on it, but, for it to not even be delivered and then an attitude on top of it? Never again. There are a lot of hard-working florists in the area that you can tell have put in the work the right way to earn the title Business Owner, that have respect for their customers, and have a mature and professional work ethic. Give your money to any one of them. Dont make the mistake of making this your regular florist. Its definitely a Money first, customer satisfaction later establishment.

I highly recommend this amazing Florist, Angelica's Flower bouquet goes beyond a 5 stars review. The service quality was truly exceptional, I cant wait to come back and get another arrangement for my wife!

I loved getting flowers from Bloomerati!!! My girlfriends birthday was last week and I just ordered some roses for her. The result was wonderful! My girlfriend loves even more now!
