First & Last Purchase from them. We love using our local businesses/companies, However, Altamonte Florist was a major disappointment on a few levels! AND I attempted to allow them to rectify or at least acknowledge their mistakes. Left 2 messages for the Mgr & NEVER recd a return call. The flowers that were SUPPOSED to be delivered on a special day , werent delivered until the Following day & then delivered were already wiltering & when I was asked by the purchaser to provide a photo - they couldnt believe it & actually came to my home to see it in person. Much Smaller & Not as shown In picture- there was to be roses & Peruvian Lillys I receive some baby bud roses & a bunch of carnations - again very few even mid to full bloom - so it wasnt very aesthetically pleasing to begin with, but add the browning of flowers & the size - especially given the purchaser paid in total about $90! Ridiculous! So disappointed & we (as well as family/friends) will be giving another area florist our business since the Mgr didnt care to respond to any of this. I do want to add that both Jessica & Michelle both appeared to be kind & were professional. * Purchaser was so livid that they were trashed & a very very beautiful boutique was received in its Place from A neighboring florist - less the cost & twice the size.

What a horrible experience from the conversation on the phone with the rude receptionist to the ordering of the most hideous flowers Ive ever received. Stay away from this place not to mention they are extremely overpriced, compared to local competitors. Zero star rating was unfortunately not an option. STAY AWAY!!!

I ordered flowers to be delivered to an employee who is in the hospital. There was a mishap on the hospitals end where the flowers werent delivered to the patient even though the driver confirmed the room number and the patient name with the front desk at the hospital. When I realized the flowers hadnt been delivered, I called the florist and they took the time to reach out to the hospital to figure out what happened and take care of it. they re-deliver the flowers to the office when the employee was back on Tuesday and they were absolutely stunning. The roses were huge and looked amazing. The quality of the flowers were great and I was so happy with the costumer service. I would definitely order from them again. Still waiting for a couple of the lilies to open up should look even more beautiful in the next couple days.
