Chase Bank

I went to the Chase to cash my weekly paycheck and waited on the drive-thru for about 12-15 minutes because it was after 1 PM. I thought the lobby was closed but I noticed people going in so I parked and went inside and approached the teller and gave him my IDs to cash my check. He then told me that Id have to present my passport and social security because my debit card was unsigned. I signed it and he cashed it. The reason Im writing this is because his attitude was bad. He was rude, condescending and dismissive. He snapped his fingers in the air and called for his lead. I was shocked! I am sure you can run a tape and confirm my experience. His name was Jacob or Jacobsen. He really needs better training in Customer Service. Had he been a little gentler I wouldnt be writing this review. I dont like to call people out but he delivered very poor customer service.
