Edited to remove a star: I reached out via the online contact form as instructed in the Owner account comment, and no one responded.
Ordered online for pickup, two specialty items plus a half dozen bagels, sliced. Even though clearly marked on the bag slip, the bagels were not sliced.
Editing to add: Took my first bite of the Avocado Toast, only to find out it was not toasted, even though that was clearly marked on the bag slip as well. I then called the store; the automated attendant said everyone was busy, told me all the other ways I could place an order, then hung up on me!
This is the closest bagel shop to my house but based on this experience, I'll go back to driving much further to Jeff's Bagel Run instead.

I almost never leave reviews, but the woman cashier was so nice and friendly. Great atmosphere and great food!

I always give a place a 2nd chance after the first bad encounter so my review is...stale bagels at 10:30 am, lox that was "crispy" and shrunken drink sizes with unresponsive staff.
