I want to thank The retreat at Altamonte springs for taking great care of me since I moved here in 2022. but since Maria started working here she has been an Angel and was more than excellent with her help today giving me the keys to my new unit. I also want to thank Michael and Hever for their kind help. They are both the best.

Maria was truly exceptional. I currently reside in Georgia and this is my first time moving out of the state. Maria offered to tour the property via video, and even went out in the rain for me to view the entire property. The amount of effort and time she put into walking me through the process is unbelievable. I was impressed with her level of knowledge and the amount of data that she had about the market. It was a no-brainer for me to work with her and Im so thankful that I did. Maria was ALWAYS available. Her responsiveness was incredible. If she didnt pick up, she always called back no longer than 5 minutes later. Her cool, calm mindset kept my anxiety low and gave me the confidence that she would get the job done and she did! Her promptness, knowledge of the market, kindness, and good energy made this experience a simple process. Maria went above and beyond (as Im positive she will do with all of her clients) and truly made me feel like I had a confident partner throughout the entire process.
