        Moved to Central park about 7yrs ago, we would have pizza once a month in clubhouse sponsored by mgmt. We even had Halloween party one year then there was new group of managers we had something about chocolate once or twice, and now we have you. Thanks for improvement around the property, OMG if I only had a screened balcony.,..Now it's been 12years and we only have a bunch of animals ...racoon possums grasshoppers....Roaches gnats until the next

        If you like to party with pests, this is the place for you!! This Complex literally cannot get control of their roach problem and they DEFINITELY need to hire a better pest control company and need to hire a better maintenance team. We moved out because we were killing multiple roaches Every. Single. Day. (Not to even mention all the other issues with the apartment unit/complex) The Complex offered us a different unit in a different building (twice) .. the apartment would be completely empty and smell like bleach, but we still found live roaches each time and markers of infestation. Complex is phenomenal at covering up issues with tile and paint, but once you take a closer look.... And even with all that and all the documented isues with our unit, they still charged us the full rate and refused any discounts even tho we had consistent issues starting within the first week of moving in. Apartment flooded 3 times, roaches, patio wall crumbling, windows leaking when it rained, I could keep going) The staff seems friendly, but no one seems to actually care about the state of the complex in its entirety... Including the owners. This complex deserves to be sued for charging people nearly 2k/ month and locking them into contracts with such terrible living conditions.
