        They should provide parking for customers. The whole time I was moving, I was worried that I would get a ticket or towed.

        The Manager, Nakita got ghetto & upset because we were sounding the vehicle because we obviously didn't know where it where it was. The Cashier, Chanell was very friendly & patient though.

        DO NOT RENT FEOM HER .. I REPEAT DO NOT RENT FROM HERE LOCATION IS NOT SAFE! Almost was held at gun point and saw someone being held at gun point at 7pm while picking up a truck for self check in and I called U-Haul and the location did nothing to justify or just apologize for the incident that happened on their property. I was promised a callback and never received a thing the workers hung up on me instead evertytime I called to speak to a manager HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE , WILL BE DISPUTING THE CHARGE !
