I wish someone would pick up the phone. I understand you have a NO refund policy. The girl at the store I went to told me I can use my store credit at any goodwill which was incorrect. Just tell me which stores and I will leave you alone

Every time I come into the Goodwill on Sudley Road in Manassas, the store is burning up. The air-conditioning doesnt work and the manager refuses to fix it. The poor employees in there are dying from the sweat. Customers are complaining because of the air conditioning and nobody cares. The air was like this last year, and it still isnt fixed as much money as the Goodwill makes from all the donations that people give them they could fix the air conditioning so that people could shop in a nice convenient cool place is very sad sad sad
