        i'm sure that their sales reps are very nice and knowledgeable, but DO NOT trust their tailoring services I dropped off a dark grey suit here for alterations on 9/2, needing the pants and jacket to be taken out about an inch or two. i thought this would be a very straightforward and simple alteration that shouldn't be any real trouble for the tailor. They tell me it'll be ready for pickup on 9/16, but when i arrive on 9/16 they had yet to do any work on them. So i let it go and come back on 9/20 to pickup my suit. I try the pants on and absolutely no work had been done to them. I was beside myself with anger and frustration that a simple alteration could take so long for a professional to get done. I had enough and took it to my neighborhood dry cleaners to actually get the alterations done.
