I cannot thank the staff enough at the Westin for their kind and compassionate Service to my husband, and me. My husband had a medical event during our day and staff immediately came to our aid, Allowed us to keep our things in the room, even though we were at the hospital for 48 hours and did not charge us extra for keeping the car there during that time. He is doing well now, and the nurturing response from staff is some thing I will never forget.

The rooms were spacious and extraordinarily clean. Couldnt even find water marks on the shower walls. Even the chrome sink trap had minimal dust. Great location. Has one of the best gyms Ive seen inside of a hotel. My only gripe about the stay was being charged 16% room tax per night.
Its expensive but you get what you pay for.

A really nice place after the renovation.
Confused with the breakfast system $30 when you have a breakfast included. Not really clear to me but they sorted it out at the end.
Need some clear explanation at the start of the stay to avoid frustration.

This hotel was great! Clean rooms, helpful staff, great location! AYUB, at the lobby bar was wonderful! And yes, the gym at this hotel is top notch!! It is also walking distance to several other quality restaurants, shops, subway and attractions. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again! :)
