This is a hotel especially for families. We booked the two bedroom suite via Expedia which was fantastic. Perfect for a family of four. Has a full kitchen. The location is a bit away from restaurants. They are on the other side of the mall. But there are a couple little places near. House cleaning only seems to clean when you leave them a tip.

Staff is awesome, rooms comfortable, easy walk to Metro. Not many restaurants around, but there is delivery, and free hot breakfast. Pool and hot tub a plus. The staff makes this place a joy to stay at this was our 4th stay, will go back.

Great location and clean rooms. Staff could be a bit nicer (front desk, breakfast staff and security). Seems like they are overworked.

I liked the look of the place and room. My concern is that someone opened our door this morning after breakfast without knocking, talking, or calling. We did not call anyone nor had anything on our door knob to come in. They were fidgeting the door knob and finally opened the door after two minutes. I stood by the door waiting for whoever opened it to step foot in the room we paid for so I can handle business. They opened the door cracking it noticing my family and I were in there. I shook my head "no" to let who ever was trying to come to back out in which they did. I could not see the face... but that was not a good look for the hotel. My whole family [my pregnant wife, my 1 year old, and my wife's elderly grandmother and great aunt were with me.] I told them nothing when someone was trying to go in our room since they easily panick and can get heart issues quickly.
