We had a wonderful stay. We love Mariott and this is one of the best. The renovations are just now complete and they're beautiful. Like others, we could easily hear people casually talking in the hallway but everyone was so courteous, we never heard anything at night. Bellmen are wonderful and personable. They're prompt with everything. It's true you're not permitted to take the cart, but in my experience that's standard at a full service hotel like this one. Speaking of full service, valet is the only option for on-site parking. Brace yourself as the valet drivers are extremely reckless with the vehicles but they must be doing something right because my car was returned in one piece. Our room was ready promptly at 4pm as expected. All hotel personnel from the manager to the housekeeping staff greeted us whenever we crossed paths. The location is very safe and a quick half block walk to the metro station. We walked around at night on several occasions and it was lovely. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

The valet was very convenient and reasonably priced. Keon was incredibly helpful and professional. Kind and helpful. Made having my car available on time and ready to go. Thanks Keon. Keep up the great work.

Nice hotel with a restaurant and Starbucks. Large workout room with high end equipment. Pool is small, but its got one. Location is decent, not much to do in regards to shopping or restaurants. Overall very nice hotel. My only complaint is the doors to the hotel room seem to be paper thin and you can hear every conversation and noise in the hallway.
