        Stayed at the hotel for three nights from April 5-8th. Was advised on arrival that they were having issues with the water. I paid a premium for a room with a jacuzzi tub. The first night there was no running water and could not even flush the toilet. The next day there was water but no hot water. One day everything worked then the next day there was again no hot water and had to take a cold shower. Never able to use the jacuzzi because of the issues and the hotel said they could not offer any compensation because I purchased my stay through a travel website. Very poor communication of issues they were having and no alternatives or voucher offered. Would not recommend.

        Hotel needs to fix some safety issues at the front stairs. Gets slippery when wet! Also the outer doors need to match the inner doors. Inner doors are automatic but the outer doors are still manual. Showers need to be updated. The room I was in had a bad view and to add to it the dumpster was not properly closed or covered. So all you see is trash! Food was good but the handoff between receptionist and wait staff was really long! And they were not full.

        No hot water or heat for a full day. Looking at past reviews, this seems to be a common occurrence. The staff at the front desk arent particularly welcoming nor have any sense of urgency.
