        Things went wrong from the beginning. They dont follow up With clients and act surprised when you become upset. My grandfather was told someone would Start two weeks ago she never showed and we Never received a call saying why or someone else would be sent in her place. Ive had to call them several times at this point we are looking for a different agency.
