The website was easy to read and Nancy was great to talk to on the phone. When she couldn't find a technician, she came herself and took care of the whole family with grace, humor, and excellent "bedside manner" with our son. The pricing was transparent, Nancy taught us what we need to know to keep our house lice-free, and we are now pretty confident in our delousing skills. Being able to pay with our FSA was a great bonus. We can't recommend Lice Happens highly enough.

As a childless young professional, I never thought I would become the victim of a lice infestation. I thought the change in texture to my hair was due to summer exposure to chlorine and sun—but after pulling an adult from my hair— freaked out and called lice happens. I spoke to Stacy on the phone and she immediately reassured me and was able to have Nancy come same day. She was kind, informative, and helped trace the point of exposure. Nancy said that for many people, Lice Happens is the last resort. After experiencing the roller coaster of shame, disgust, and fear (just in a few hours) I wholeheartedly recommend Lice Happens as the first resort to attack any level of head lice. I truly hope to never need to have to need Nancy’s expert lice combing ever again, but am confident with the education and tools provided that I’ll be able to prevent any future lice. Lice can make you feel so out of control. Thank you Nancy, Stacy, and the rest of Lice Happens for empowering people to take control and feel like themselves again.

Our family dealt with lice for a couple weeks when we decided to call in a pro. Lice Happens sent Jen the same day we called. She explained her process and checked every family member quickly and efficiently. We were given instructions on how to use the products and what to look for. It was a good experience -- highest recommendation.

Arlin from the Alexandria office was AMAZING. Talk about friendly and good with kids. From the moment she came in, we could tell she cared about our family and calmed our nerves when she expertly broke down the process of combing through our hair ourselves and made sure we were doing it right. She was in no rush and took in all of our concerns and was a careful listener. Based off of every shortcut we learned and the peace of mind we gained from the company's policy of checking everyone in the household, Arlin was worth every penny!
