I had a 9 AM appointment on Sunday to get my hair blown out for my baby shower. I arrived a bit early and the shop wasn't open - I figured maybe they opened at 9. Nope - no one came and the shop remained closed. They sent me a confirmation/reminder email a few days before my appointment. When I called at the time of my appointment and later that morning, I am sent straight to a voicemail. On top of that, I got an email telling me I missed my appointment and could be charged later that day. Despite leaving a voicemail, no one has called me back to apologize or explain what happened over 2 days later. Terrible customer service - very disappointing.
