Last Tangle In Washington Salon

First would say that my first time coming here was absolutely nice and loved the way they did my hair! Which made me encourage my sister to cut her hair here however the prejudice and the difference of how they treat whites and how treat Latinas is outrageous! Moreover, we came in the salon and the receptionist didnt ask us if we wanted anything or put our coats away even. Once another client arrived who was white came in she went she straight away and asked her if she wanted coffee or anything(which I found very disrespectful on how we were dismissed once we arrived while others are being welcomed in the salon). But, the most important part is the hair(we were late and we called ahead of time stressing the high volume of traffic) but the whole time the stylist was rushing through my sisters hair and left it a mess(the result looked like something she could have done at home). Most importantly the poor scheduling here is also ridiculous because what makes you think you can cut and style long hair in 30 mins and have another client wait in my opinion thats poor scheduling. If youre not white dont come here your not welcomed (I said what I said)!

I had my hair cut here. Very satisfied and great customer service. My hairdresser (Betty) was very friendly and did exactly what I want. I highly recommend this place.
