Canceled my updo appointment 1 hour before I was supposed to arrive because "we get busy on Saturdays." Had appts booked back-to-back for a black tie wedding and couldnt reschedule. Disappointing and won't be using them again.

I had the strangest experience at bangs today. I had booked an appointment for a bangs trim at 11:30 followed by roots and blow dry at 2:15. I arrived to my first appointment 3 minutes late and the stylist refused to do it because for bangs every minute counts another stylist saw how upset I was and offered to do it. Now comes the time for my next appointment to which I arrived at 2:11 lol. The stylist came to greet me at 2:17. So I tell him I need my roots done in medium brown he says he need a minute to think about it because I dont want to do a messy job he leaves me in that chair till 2:35 and comes back to tell me that he will not have time to do it today because he wants to also do a few highlights around my face. He rescheduled till next Saturday. What a waist of time and what a disappointing way to treat a new client Service: Hairstyling

Matt Cahill did an excellent job with my hair. Im super particular about my haircuts as a girl with curly hair, and his cut was amazing. He was also incredibly friendly and fun to chat with during. He took the time to show me how to style my hair, giving me tips to make it last longer. Highly recommend bang salon and Matt!
