Pepco DOES NOT transfer your service like they are supposed to and then charge you for more than one account. They need investigating

It's a scam!!

The absolute worst company to deal with, on hold for over 1 1/2 hours and still no answer. I wish I could give them zero stars but Google doesn't allow for that.
