Fire and Sage

Waitress took 10 mins to even acknowledge us. 40 minutes to come take our order. 40 minutes for us to get a check. Crab cakes were disgusting I barley touched them, and most waitresses would notice when the food wasnt touched something was wrong. No refill on drinks when needed. Clearly not customer oriented. Kids pizza was good and generous size. Mom got fried rice which was pretty good. Again CRAB CAKES DISGUSTING!! Service HORRIBLE.

My husband tried the grilled chicken sandwich at Fire and Sage. The chicken was dry and the overall flavor was average. However, the service was friendly and attentive.

The service was terrible we only saw the waitress twice and another server (possibly a food runner) had to get our check so we could leave. When our food finally came out it was cold. It took about 40 minutes to get 1 kids pizza which tasted exactly like ellios ($10), 1 pepperoni pizza that is only 13 inches ($22) and 1 order of loaded tots (forgot the price). The tots were cold and freezer burnt while the cheese was already hardened again having sat for who knows how long since we ordered it as an app and got it with the pizza. Both pizzas were warmish at best. Not worth the money and I can see why it was empty inside. Also they don't accept cash as a form of payment.
