The staff are professional, courteous and friendly (something we're desperately missing in this country, especially by the youth). And so far I am very trusting of them, in field that is very untrustworthy.

Service was faster than expected and the location was nicer than another I have been to. Car was done when it was estimated to be done. Overall I would recommend this store for service.

Despite the mechanics seeming trustworthy in store , they messed up my car and left it completely not drivable. Car was in worse shape than when i dropped it off. I learned from taking it to the Subaru dealership that they put in a broken power steering pump, left the Tie rod bolts loose and misdiagnosed the oil problem and left it dumping oil all over the engine. The issues weren't a dealership problem; I was told any mechanic shop could have fixed them. I filed a claim several weeks ago and when i call the corporate office they tell me a case advisor will call in 2-5 days and i have yet to receive a phone call.
