        Went in looking at used vehicles...told them what we had to put down and what we could afford a month...they wanted to put us in a vehicle over our budget...when I asked them to look into other vehicles we wanted to look at, they kept pressuring us to buy the more expensive vehicle....I walked out. Deen was very polite and did a lot of work to try helping us out but I also felt pressured by him to get the most expensive vehicle.

        Javier was the best sales rep. of the 2 other dealerships visited. Had patience and answered all questions. This is my 2nd car purchased from Union Park Buick and may not be my last. Very professional, conscious staff
