        I always like to support small businesses, and I usually go to Fulton Paper in Surburban Plaza, but we don't live in that area anymore. I went to Premier on a Friday and ordered & paid for 6 bouquets of balloons for my parents 50th Wedding Anniversary Party on a Sunday. I sent my husband to pick them up at 4pm, the time I said I would pick up and not only were they not even blown up, but they didn't even have the info! So, my husband & the balloons were late to the party. My 6 bouquets wound up being just 2!For the amount of money I paid, this was ridiculous. I should get 1/2 my money back, but I don't want to step foot in there again. Lesson learned, so when you find a place you like (Fulton Paper) just continue going there, even if it's a little out of the way.
