My boyfriend ordered me Valentines Day flowers and here we are 2 days later and no flowers. Calling to get a full refund now. Would not recommend. I was so excited for these flowers. :(

Terrible service. Worst I have ever experienced. Ordered for Valentine's day and never arrived. When I called customer service was terrible. She claimed flowers were "on truck." and would be delivered. 24 hrs later and still no flowers. She actually hung up on me on the phone. Terrible. Do not use this florist ever.

My husband ordered valentines flowers more than 2 weeks ahead of time and paid extra to be delivered on Valentines Day. He spent close to $200. He never received any kind of notification on an estimated time of delivery. By 8pm on Valentines Day the flowers still had not been delivered. He spent the last 2 hours trying to get a hold of someone to see what was going on and no one would answer, probably because they were closed. He was finally able to get a hold of someone and was told they were too busy to deliver todayby this point its 10pm. He finally got them to deliver and we didnt get it until almost 10:30pm.Valentines day is pretty much over. When we got the flowers they were already wilted and not even remotely close to what my husband ordered. We will never order from them again. You cant just decide to not deliver flowers because you are too busy.that is not ok.
