To be completely honest, I cant give (5) stars, because Ive asked several different people to please chop my steak up really good and no one has yet to do that. I was born and raised in the heart of North Philly so I know what a real cheese steak is supposed to taste like, not Pats, Genos, Ishkabibbles or none of them commercial cheese steak places they show on TV. One of the main signature characteristics of a true Philly Cheese Steak is that it is chopped up really really good and every time I been to this place Ive always asked them to chop my steak up really good and no one seems to listen to me They just basically pulled the steak apart or break it up shuffle it around on the grill mix in your onions and thats it now dont get me wrong the steak isnt nasty its good for the most part but actually chopping it up like I ask, the way I grew up on at mom and pop corner stores in north philly makes a world of a different trust memy advice, just please listen to the customer if they ask for their steak to be chopped up really good, take that extra time to do that because it changes the game of the cheese steak
