I was ok with this dentist until they tried to charge me $1096 for dental work my insurance should have covered. I was called the day before my appointment and told my co-pay was $548. I needed two separate sessions. I asked why it was so high and the lady said it was my co-pay. I didn't believe that. I called my dental insurance and they said there is no way I should be paying that much. The insurance company did say they denied the work because the dentist sent the wrong x-rays and I didn't warrant that work based on the x-rays. The insurance also said that my work was only $190 per quadrant in my mouth and they pay 90% of that and I was responsible for 10%. At this rate of $760. I should have only paid about $76 out of my pocket. I called Fagioletti's office back and asked why was I paying so much? I said it appears you're making me pay for the whole service and not using my insurance at all. At this point the lady said she can resubmit it to the insurance company. At that point I was done. Integrity means a lot to me as a Vet and retired detective. I can no longer do business with an entity I can't trust. Now I question the other times I was charged for services at this dentist....smh

Never got ahold of anyone to even get the initial appointment . I tried calling different days and times and l left messages, but nothing. I went in office and after they SEEN me in person I was told they will call me to set up the appointment. (Obviously that never happened either) I dont feel comfortable going back. Thats all Im saying.

Best dentist in the area. Don't let the negative reviews get to you. Lauren usually cleans my teeth and she is awesome and very kind. Also Dr. Lisa makes sure you are taken cared of because some dentists just care about your money but Dr. Lisa cares about your teeth and she took care of my parents and made sure also that they get the right treatment for their teeth as well. Before we had a dentist in the past who wouldn't care about those particular things such as a filling or cavity but Dr. Lisa does. I highly recommend this place as I've been a patient for a long time now

Dr. Lisa is very professional and courteous. She makes sure she gives the best personalized care possible and puts great importance on the health of each individual. The office is clean and organized, and staff is friendly and efficient. Even on busy days they find a way to fit me into the schedule.
