This rating is more about the experience than it is the service. The last time I visited, I had to wait 20 minutes because the technician was late. I was understanding, things happen. I requested the same technician for todays visit. She is late again and I was asked to reschedule after waiting 15 minutes. Ridiculous! When the customer is late, we are charged a fee. What is the consequence for the service provider? 20 minutes drive out of my way on a Sunday morning. That is not an example of valuing your clients.

I must say I had an awesome experience with Samantha she is very knowledgeable and skilled in her craft. As a first timer, I was able to relax and understand each process. I would recommend her but that would only make she to busy for me lol (Just kidding). People love yourself first. Self care is the best care! Go checkout Ms (magic hands) Samantha out at Stone and Hand in Newark Delaware's suburban plaza.
