inconsistent with how they make their coffee. I got a good iced coffee yesterday but the one I got today did not have the add-ins I requested (and paid for).

This is the worst starbuck I've ever been. Their staff is so terrible that they did my order wrong. In addition, their attitude is extremely bad.
