        Teller Deena verified my check that I already waited weeks for then told me they werent able to cash it. Now nobody will cash it and I have to wait WEEKS again for a new check in the mail as if I dont have bills ! Manager (Christina) upheld the teller (deena) saying she did nothing wrong. Nobody wants to take accountability for their mistake at the branch & now Im left without money !

        This branch is more concerned with being able to go home right at 5pm than helping their customers. I have been in customer service my whole life and guess what folks... Sometimes you stay past posted business hours to help people.

        Even during COVID when they were closed, once the elusive local phone numbers found, an appointment could be made. Now, back in business, they are friendly, helpful...sometimes chat too long with the customer ahead, but then it is your turn, and you will receive the same greetings and chatting. So relax, folks, relax. As with all banks, I find, patience is needed as there may be a few ahead of you. But then...isn't that everyplace these days? My only complaint, and it is universal, not just this branch or even bank, is that medallion service has disappeared making some financial transactions almost impossible.
