I was waiting in line to pay for my items when I saw the front end Manager (Robin) taking action to ensure the most efficient movement of customers paying for their groceries. Ive shopped at this Food Lion many times in the past couple of years, and I always see Robin doing her best to keep things running smoothly, even if it involves her opening a register herself. With the population booming in this area, I want to give a lot of credit to all employees of this Food Lion location. Job well done by all! Keep up the great work across the board!

Hello me and my wife were in your store not to long ago and I couldnt find a few items . One of your employees with long hair maybe braids or dread locks. I dont wanna spell his name incorrectly but I thinks its Antwan I cant quite recall but he was passing us and I asked him did he know where these things were and do you know what he said ? He said Im on lunch break but I can help you locate these items. My wife told him he didnt have to but he insisted ..it took about 10 mins and we asked him how long was his lunch . He said 30 mins . I mean you should have seen our faces . For someone to sacrifice his time to help us when he could have disregarded is amazing . I commend him for being such helpful person . It seems like he really cares for the customer and the store . Its very refreshing . Every store needs someone like him .you have a great employee

Very poor customer service I came in today to do some instacart orders headphones in minding my business I get to the self checkout an Ive suddenly got 2 employees an a manger standing on my heels just watching me then an employee tells me I didnt scan some items I kindly showed him the screen with said items scanned he then turns an whispers to the manger I keep paying for my items as the manger follows me to the doors of the store an watches from the window as I pick my vehicle I then proceeded back into the store to get said mangers name an employees names since I have no reason to steal from a foodlion but yet I look suspicious enough to be questioned about stealing. Apon asking for the mangers name the employee an manger decided she was gonna toss paper an pencil across the counter an say you go look at the name tags an wrote them down Im not telling you anything (very professional right) I get the names an Im leaving the store when said manger comes into my personal space an questions my handicap tag saying you look fine to me not only is it illegal to ask someone their handicap status its very frowned apon for employees to ask a customer. Apon feeling dumb for her unprofessional comments she runs to hide in the office while the female employee says smart comments as I walk out the door. Honestly I feel bad for the male employee I know he was doing as instructed but he also should have known better I usually have no issues in the store or with the male employee.
