If you want soggy hash browns that sit in the window when you order them fresh from the menu look no further you have found the perfect spot! Every time I order them it happens.

I came into the store today around 5:50pm, I placed an order for 4 of the family size French fries and turned around to go pay when a man behind the counter yelled out asking Maam is this your order?! I responded with yes is there an issue? Assuming maybe they didnt have enough for such a large order, however the man got angry and waved me on to go pay and so I did. As I was waiting for my order I notice this same man in the back yelling and throwing food and food supplies around angry and staring down myself and my elderly aunt. I have been to this store many many times as it is right by my house but I promise after today I will never return seeing how the staff treats their customers. To be kind is a virtue as you never know what others are dealing with at home. On this particular day my family gathered to mourn the loss of my aunt that occurred earlier in the morning and we thought of grabbing some food and happened to choose this location again for convenience. I have never been so humiliated and angry. I have never wrote a bad review but this way beyond terrible customer service and I hope the man will do better at serving his customers with the respect they deserve!!! If only I could give no stars!
