This spring will mark our fifth year in what we know refer to as our "forever home." John Luca and his team did a phenomenal job working with me in the past. With their help, I purchased my first home. They were very patient and helpful when I needed guidance during the home buying process. After getting married, I immediately reached out to John Luca again and we began our search for our current house. John took time to get to know us both professionally and personally. Through natural conversations, John was able to gain insight into our preferences and gain a better understanding of what we were envisioning. Purchasing a home is an exciting step but it can also be intimidating at times. John pointed things out at showings that helped me to determine if the pros outweighed the cons. John has a good understanding of what properties are available on the market. I remember getting a phone call around 11:00 at night to let me know there was a new house coming on the market and he got us one of the first showings. Within three days of being on the market, John scheduled us a showing, drew up an offer, and worked tirelessly to outbid other offers. Since then, we have never looked back! To this day, I still look around our house and am so thankful that John Luca took so much time to truly get to know us and find us exactly what we wanted! I would highly recommend anyone on the Luca team!
