I was in the middle of a hard time in my life as my longtime family home was being foreclosed upon. Really didn't know where to turn since I was pretty much accepting the bank to take my home. I received many calls from cash for homes companies and other realtors. Then one day I received a call from Troy and out of all the people I've talked to he sounded the most assuring that he'd be able to do what's in my best interests. He was able to put off the sheriff sale for my home and give me sometime to get everything I need to sort out. As I was struggling to get 30 years of stuff moved out of the house he was totally understanding and worked with the potential buyers to give me a little more time to reach settlement so I could get what I needed over to my new place in order to officially sell my home. Overall hes been a great, very helping and resourceful realtor that will do everything in his power to do what's best for you.
