Over the years, I have encountered many, many contractors that fail to do what they say (and you pay for) they will, and show a complete lack of respect relative to timely and accurate communications (if in fact they communicate at all). Not only was the work performed by Joel Amin Plumbing exceptional, their professionalism; friendliness and continuous communications was at a standard I have never experienced prior. We had a jammed ejector pump in our basement.  Joel was responsive, professional, and came the next day and installed a new pump in less than two hours for a very reasonable price.  I would highly recommend this plumber.

I wasn't sure if the issue I had was a plumbing problem, or just a broken dishwasher. I called to ask if it was something he could help with, and Joel immediately realized what the problem was, and told me how I could easily fix it myself. He didn't have to come out to the house at all this time, but his honesty has definitely earned him my business next time I have an actual plumbing problem!
