Bella Casa was a Lifesaver. I had my boiler stop working during a snowstorm. I called Bella Casa as a new customer and talked to John about my problem. He was very understanding and made the drive to Wilmington that day, faster than 3 other Companies I called. John, Bill and DJ were great they worked around the clock to get my heat back on. They went above and beyond, and charged a very fair price for the amount of time and parts they used to fix my boiler. I will definitely be using them in the future and couldnt recommend Bella Casa enough.

Bella Casa HVAC is an excellent company providing the best service. John has serviced our old unit for a few years, always responsive, professional, punctual, and is so knowledgeable. John kept our old unit running for several years and has also recently installed our new unit. We are very happy with new unit and the install. John and his crew are true professionals!
