Mike's Flooring and Design Center

Working with Steve Burr and Bill was a wonderful experience. We have a great room - half laminate and half carpet. When installing, we had used the wrong flooring transition strip and finding Mikes Flooring and Design at the top of our search, I called and reached Steve who came right out the next day to discuss. Bill called that Monday to arrange a time to install. Service was prompt, professionally completed, and very reasonable. If we have flooring or window needs, we will definitely contact them before all others. Thank you so much for an awesome experience!

I had Mike's replace my carpet with tile in my Ocean City condo. Like many condo projects, the project depended upon blind trust. I was out of the state when they did the work. I left a condo with old stained carpet, gave them a code for my door and waited. A few days later, I received an email and some pictures. Job was done and looked great in the photos. Got back to Maryland in a couple weeks and it looked better in person. Seems to have been done flawlessly. You could not tell anything had been done...it was clean of dust and debris, other than cat toys they found when moving the sofa. To me, in the absentee condo world, workmanship is 90% and trustworthiness is the other half (to paraphrase Yogi Berra). They get 5 stars on each.

We have used Mike's for over 20 years for our homes and customers. That should indicate how pleased we are with their products, installation and service. They are full service with flooring, tile work and window treatments. 5 stars!

Mike and Steve -- I absolutely love my carpet runners. My steps were so damaged by renters and the new runners make it look brand new. Thanks for your help in picking out the style and quantity I needed. I get massive compliments on the runners.
