        I was having some serious issues with my account being billed the wrong amount for several months couldn't get it resolved over the phone or at other locations in the area. I went into this store and spoke with Carmella Armstrong about the issues I was having. She got on the phone and thanks to her she was able to escalate the problem and get the billing fixed and lower my bill. I refer her to anyone who is experiencing issues with T-mobile. Go see Carmella Armstrong she is a mobile expert, knowledgeable, professional and works to satisfy customers. Thanks to Carmella I decided to keep my T-mobile service and go to this store location.

        DOVER MALL Horrible they don't let you inside the store unless you want to get a new line and would not help you with any other services, don't west your time going there
