I wouldnt recommend. The man over the phone was very rude to both me and my friend for simply helping our other friend because she is a boost mobile customer. And then when asked if he was the manager he got very aggressive with us and said no he was the owner he didnt need or have a manager, FOR A BOOST MOBILE STORE. Long story short, our friend will be switching to T-Mobile, which is what I recommend for others to do as well from the area that this store is located.

Changed to boost mobile on Weds September 21,2022. Big mistake.today is September 24th I call Boost everyday to troubleshoot and now I can receive calls but cannot make calls

Took my sons phone in because there was a data issue. The guy in there, JOHN said he needed a sim card for $10. Paid him in cash and he scribbled
a receipt on paper. I questioned why not a printed receipt? He said that's what they use there. I then asked for the card slot the sm card came with and said it was in his BACK POCKET!!?? I think he pocketed the cash. What is the corporate number???
