Harbor House Apartments

Just a visitor. Not too bad rent for a 1 bedroom, definitely need some upgrades. Loved that the basement apartments have heated floors.

Go to another apartment complex, the complex manager is rude. Jan. 2021 I moved in with a dingy carpet, gaps in the tiles on the floors, tape on the screen windows, air conditioner smell of mildew and when asked for repairs for the carpet... I was denied. No pool either, eventhough the advertise that there is a pool.

Yes, rent is cheap and with that being said it comes with lack of communication between the office staff and tenants. Horrible customer service. Hard to reach and the list goes on! If I could give them a 0 star rating I would have.

This place is trash. The management is the worst I've ever dealt with. I didn't have heat in the winter and it took them an entire week to get someone out. It's an absolute disgrace. It's worth the extra money To go elsewhere . I'm extremely happy to be rid of that place

I moved in Harbor House Apartment in 2012 I loved living here once Mrs Debbie left office management turn over is horrible and Steve the maintenance man died in 2022 and this place is a place from hell he was maintenance for 31 year's when he died so did this complex I would not recommend this place to no one
