Edible Arrangement of Willimantic have the best employees i have never had any complaints about the store. I order all the time from the Willimantic store and i never had issues with there services. the employees are always polite and courteous. 10 stars for me

The kindness and patience of the staff in general is amazing. They are quick and considerate with their customers as well as with their employees. Overall I would definitely recommend this location of edible arrangements. You will not be disappointed.

Received this as a gift, this pertains to the product itself although it was sent from this store. I honestly don't know how this company stays in business, it is August, these fruits are in season but the ones in the arrangement aren't even close to being ripe, hard and tasteless. NOT worth the money.

I ordered a 50th birthday fruit bouquet to be delivered to my son. It was not delivered during the hours requested. Supposedly the woman I spoke to at willimantic edible arrangements said it was delivered on time but it was not. My son was there at the time she stated it was delivered. She denied any responsibility that it was not delivered on time. Stating it was a third party delivery service problem. I did become agitated at that time. She continued to argue with me. I requested a refund and wanted owner to contact me. Asking her if she had my contact info she hung up on me. My son did receive arrangement the day after his birthday. He did state the fruit was good. I will not use this office again. When client becomes agitated the store employee needs to learn to diffuse situation not escalate it. Update: owner did contact me. Talked about what happened and he did apologize. I appreciate his contact.
