Edible Arrangements

I was in the town for a few days and googled the nearest EA. Walked in and found this to be a very lonely and sad looking place. It was at least 100 degrees in there. The refrigerator that had grab n go arrangements was in Full Sun. There has got to be a better place for that thing to be at. Those arrangements were all fogged up in there due to sun beating up on them. Passed on picking any arrangements and bought strawberries instead. I wish them well but it seems like they have given up on this site.

My boyfriend paid $50 for chocolate covered strawberries for me that were all yellow and mush. If youre going to rip people off for Valentines Day at-least make sure the strawberries are fresh.

I have to share how horrible the service has been at the North Haven Edible Arrangement store recently. I was informed there is a new owner named Faruque who can not return my request for a phone call because he is too busy with his other businesses or out of state as was informed by the unhelpful and rude new manager, Vivian. I have to tell you how they handled an 88 year old customer who has been ordering from this location for over 20 years. She doesn't order online so the managers there have been putting her orders by hand into her account set up at that store for rewards. They always give her the promotional sales(such as for Thanksgiving it is 15% off and free delivery) This store instead charged her $30 for delivery and only took off 5%($5.00) instead off 15% both her fruit orders.(which is $15 off each order of $100. I asked the manager, Vivian, to credit her charge card $28 for the deliver fees which as suppose to be free with a promotion that I showed her with the screen shot picture and $30 for the 15% off her two fruit purchase. The new manager, Vivan, would not credit her charge for these promotional discounts as all the other owners and managers have done for her for the past 20 years there. She actually did not care about the problem and did not want to help with the overcharge to an elderly woman in the community. As I was standing there today talking to the manager, Vivan, another nice community member who was picking up her order was upset too that her order was messed up and the Manager, Vivan, stood there and did not care to fix it. This nice customer walked out also upset and said she was going to write a nasty google review too. I asked Vivan to have the owner call me back so that he can issue this large overcharge($30 for delivery amd $30 for the 15% discount) to my elderly mother. She orders from them all the time and we will take our business elsewhere. I would not buy a single item from them anymore until they fix this mistake of overcharging an nice. long standing elderly woman customer! Stay away from getting old, moldy, mussy fruit covered with chocolate or hard, stale cupcakes and cookies. Horrible experience with new manager and owner of this North Haven Edible Arrangement store!!! Many, many old time customers very unhappy recently!
